Terms of use
Last updated October 30, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and SEK Ventures Group, LLC, 2810 North Church Street, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States ("TrulyWho", "we"). Contact: support@trulywho.com. By using TrulyWho you accept them.
What TrulyWho is for
TrulyWho helps you check that someone you are about to meet or talk to is who they say they are. A membership includes full reports, Radar and TrulyWho Erase, in the amounts shown at checkout. Use TrulyWho lawfully and only for your own safety. It is for people aged 18 and over.
TrulyWho Erase sends removal requests to data brokers and sites for you and follows up. Some sites need you to verify your identity or finish a step yourself. Whether and when a site deletes your data is up to that site, so we cannot promise it will.
What you must not do
- Use a report to decide on anyone's employment, credit, insurance, housing or any other purpose covered by the US Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). TrulyWho is not a consumer reporting agency and reports are not consumer reports.
- Stalk, harass, threaten, dox or discriminate against anyone, or help someone else do so.
- Search for a person under 18.
- Upload a photo you have no right to use, or resell, publish or scrape reports.
We may refuse checks and close accounts that break these rules.
Accuracy
Reports come from public and licensed sources and are matched automatically. They can be incomplete, out of date or about someone else with the same name or username, and we do not promise how much a report finds. Confirm anything important yourself.
Payment and refunds
Your membership starts with the first period and price shown at checkout, which may be a trial. Unless you cancel, it then renews automatically at the price and for the billing period shown at checkout, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. When your plan ends, your full reports lock, and starting a plan again opens them. Unused reports and removals do not carry over. Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
The first payment may be taken as two charges, one right after the other, that add up to the price shown at checkout.
Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK). You have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. A report starts only once you ask for it: after you pay, we ask you to tick a box asking us to start it at once and confirming that you lose the right to withdraw once it is delivered. Until you tick it, nothing is searched and you can withdraw for a full refund. For TrulyWho Erase we do not ask you to give up this right. To withdraw, use the form at trulywho.com/withdraw or email support@trulywho.com.
Model withdrawal form (fill in and send it only if you want to withdraw): To SEK Ventures Group, LLC, 2810 North Church Street, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States, support@trulywho.com. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [ ]. Ordered on: [ ]. Name: [ ]. Address: [ ]. Date: [ ].
Liability
TrulyWho is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the week the report was unlocked, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on a report. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where SEK Ventures Group, LLC is registered, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your own country gives you.
